Rising Circle Ranch gives your group its own private world for the length of your stay. Two retreat centers handle lodging, dining, and gathering, each bookable on its own and private to your group when you fill it. Two more spaces – the Ranch Center and Wisdom Well – open up for receptions and celebrations.
Every one of them was shaped with a hotelier’s eye by Chip Conley, founder of Joie de Vivre and former Head of Global Hospitality at Airbnb. The materials are warm and grounded throughout: hand-selected tile, solid wood, handwoven textiles, and exposed beams. The communal spaces are built for conversation and the private rooms for rest and relaxation, and every courtyard is set around a fire circle.
Each retreat center has its own dedicated meeting space, set up the way your group works:
Juniper is where the ranch began. Built around the original ranch house and set beside the pond, it carries the most history of any space on the property – and, with its own on-site kitchen, it’s the natural home for corporate retreats and larger celebrations.
Guests stay in 21 ensuite rooms wrapped around interior courtyards, each room private and finished with the same hotelier’s eye as the rest of the ranch: hand-selected tile, solid wood, and beds dressed in linens you’ll wish you could take home. The dining room anchors Juniper, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the desert, where the group gathers for shared-table meals. There’s a dedicated space for sessions and gatherings, a yoga room for morning movement, a sauna, and a firepit for the end of the night.
Step outside and the pond sits just beyond the buildings, a natural backdrop for a ceremony or a group photo, with open ground alongside that has room to raise a tent for a larger reception.

The newer of the two centers, Cottonwood is built around an enclosed interior courtyard – a warm, contained setting that keeps everything close and makes a group feel instantly at home. Where Juniper opens out toward the pond and the tent ground, Cottonwood turns inward, which is part of what makes it feel so intimate.
Its 22 ensuite rooms are the largest count on the ranch, wrapped around that central courtyard, each finished to the same standard: hand-selected tile, solid wood, and beds you won’t want to leave. Cottonwood has its own dining room with the same floor-to-ceiling desert views, a dedicated gathering space, a yoga room, and a sauna. And at the slow end of the evening, there’s a hot tub – the detail guests remember, tucked into the courtyard under the stars.

The working heart of the ranch, and its most distinctive event space. The Ranch Center sits right among the stables and paddocks, with the horses just outside the door – a setting no hotel or conference venue can offer.
Inside is a large entertaining room with a wet bar and a stone fireplace; outside, the stalls and paddocks wrap around the space, and guests can wander up to say hello to the horses. It’s built for a memorable day or evening event – a Western-themed cocktail party with the horses looking on, or a reception with a drink in hand.
